Welcome to Motroh. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Motroh.
You retain ownership of the reviews, photos, comments, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Motroh a license to display, distribute, and store that content within the app as part of providing the service.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, including in response to user reports.
You can report content or block other users from within the app. We review reports and take action we deem appropriate, including content removal or account suspension, at our discretion.
Motroh Pro and Pro Basic are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Motroh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motroh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
